I began powerlifting in 2015 and have been both competing and coaching since 2020. What started as a personal hobby has evolved into a full-time career and lifelong passion. My goal as a coach is to pass on the knowledge and experience I’ve gained over the years to help you accelerate your progress and avoid common setbacks.

I’ve developed structured systems specifically designed to support both beginner and intermediate (early to late stage) athletes. These systems focus on building strength and refining technique in the most effective and sustainable way possible. My systems have brought athletes from the local level to the national level in the CPU/IPF.

What truly fuels my passion for powerlifting is the unique community it brings together—one that’s both supportive and driven. There’s a rare mix of grit, intensity, and genuine camaraderie that makes the sport so special. In addition to helping you reach new levels of strength, one of my biggest goals is to help you feel connected to and welcomed by this incredible community.
